The Silvered Orders
The Silvered Orders are a group of knightly orders devoted to Saelthan. Each order, though separate, works in tandem with the others and interacts with the world in different ways.
The Silvered Helm Order is the head of the orders. they are the most seasoned, and take up mostly an administrative and political role leading the other orders.
The Silvered Fist Order is the military arm. They consist of the most deadly and devout of the Silvered orders. The members of the Silvered Fist are usually members of an additional order as well, as operations of The Silvered Fist usually only occur in the case of large scale conflict, and as such the order is not needed at all times.
The silvered Shield Order is the most common and public order. These knights are known across the realms as Paladins of the Silvered Shield. They act as a third party police force that upholds justice, and balance between the realms. Though they commonly used throughout the realms, their members are above the laws and do not answer to those that rule the realms. The silvered Shield Order often recruits its members from the military of each of the realms, serving as a paladin of Saelthan is considered a great honor, and is rarely turned down when the opportunity arises.
The Silvered Hammer Order is the support structure for the rest of the orders. Engineers, masons, smiths, and other artisans make up the ranks of the Silvered Hammer. The members of this order do not gain title or favor, as they are considered auxiliary. Any artisan can be named to the order, and many who are spend their life without being called to serve. The Silvered hammer only assembles and acts when called upon.
