Skithia

Skithia is a large and distinctive section of Al-Hassad.  Its northnernmost border is the encircled sea, while its southernmost is the northern dunes of Al-Hassad proper.  On its western flank there are several moderately-sized kingdoms and city-states that have at varying times been under Skithian, Hassadian, Saadian, and independent rule; at the moment, Skithia is not attempting to exert direct influence over them, content to instead have them be semi-stable trade routes to Saadia.  Skithia's influences are surprisingly varied, as it has had a great deal of trade and cultural exchange with the distant east, Torathia, Rusk, and of course, Al-Hassad.
