A rather belligerent and scratchy individual, Crooked-Tree was ... rough around the edges, to say the least. Living out in the woods with her father Jon didn't do her any favors either, as he was a particular sort of paranoid due to his experiences with the supernatural.
Crooked-Tree was a criminal -- a rum-runner and a drug smuggler. A far cry from the days of Hammer-Of-God and the illustrious intellectual pursuits of Aldritch. Still, in a cursed lineage, what are you gonna do?
Her death is still debated to this day. She just... vanished; the car wreck that should have killed her didn't carry a body anywhere in the wreckage, but there was no blood trail leading away, either.
