Migta's Phalanx

Migta's Phalanx is an adventurer's guild based in Lithic. Its membership is comprised of trained guides who lead expeditions through the uninhabited territory of the Menoroth Desert. Membership is exclusive and is granted only after rigorous tests; it is a badge of great honor among the people of Iethaelia and is highly spoken of by guides and explorers in other parts of the world.
