Elador

The United Provinces of Elador is a country located in Pharein, sharing a border with Valloth and facing the X Sea. Humans, halflings, and hill dwarves are the dominant ancestries. Each has majority claim to an individual province as their own, and share the burden of things like commerce and infrastructure. These communities aren't isolationist or monoculture; humans, dwarves and halflings live in some number in all communities.
