Dusk Elves

Dusk elves are a population of elves almost exclusive to the Brass Vale, resulting from years of contact (and conflict) with Thellond.

 

Fiendish Heritage

Dusk elves have physical traits that represent their mixed heritage. Some elven traits are prominent; dusk elves are tall with fine features, pointed ears and without much facial or body hair. There is also no denying the infernal at first glance: horns take any of a variety of shapes, pointed canines, and eyes with black, white, red or gold pupils and sclera.

 

Naming a Dusk Elf

Dusk elf children are given a virtue name at birth, similar to those chosen by tieflings, and an adult name when they reach 100 years old. Their loved ones may continue to call them by their virtue names as a sign of affection, and many dusk elf bards and artists continue to use their virtue names to sign their work. Little distinction exists between male names and female names.

Dusk Elf Traits

(The following traits listed are changes/additions to RAW. All other base Elf traits apply.)  

Enhanced Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 90 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Hellish Resistance
You have resistance to fire damage.

 

Gilded Tongue
You have proficiency in Persuasion or Deception.

 

Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, Elvish and Infernal.
