Phaedra, Leader of Hyrax Tower

Phaedra, a nineteen-year-old master falconer and orphan from Draconia who was rescued by the Ophis regiment.
Though she is young she has demonstrated a natural affinity towards beast mastery and has bonded with many creatures in both Leviathalas and the Nessian Wood. She spends much of her time abroad, soaring through the forests aback her wolf-hawk companion, Lykon.
