First contact with civilization from the west coast made

A small crew, consisting of colonists and armed guards, lands slightly south of Ships Haven. After a long meeting with Arcadian officials, they give information on a rebuild process that has been going on for a very long time (longer than the Northern Colonies expansion).   Colonists share information on West Sierra, East Sierra, Soliana, and Dunar. They seem to have grown as a substantial rate, due to the high volume of large bunkers on the continent.
