A Cunning Dealmaker, as all Hags are. Vitra usually prefers talking things out and determining her foe's capabilities before she makes contact or enters Conflict. She typically takes the form of an Elf or Eladrin Scholar, typically a blind or near-blind scholar who covers their eyes. In Battle, she prefers to rely on others to do the work, though she buffs them to hell and back as she steals spells from her spellcaster foes.Classes
10 Archivist, 10 Shadowcaster, 5 Dread WitchSpecial qualities
1/day Choke on Cinders - One time per day as a standard action, an ash hag can fill the lungs of a single target within 30 feet with thick, ashy cinders. If the target fails a DC 20 Fortitude saving throw, it is staggered for 1d4 rounds while it attempts to cough up the cinders. Once it stops coughing, it must successfully save again at the start of its turn or fall unconscious due to a shortage of air.Creatures that do not breathe are immune to this ability.
Ashsight - Ashes and Cinders do not provide Concealment against me.
Bardic Song - A firre has a captivating voice and can use bardic music just as a bard can, inspiring courage, fascinating, inspiring competence, or giving suggestions to those who hear it (see Bardic Music in Chapter 3 of the Player's Handbook). Unlike a bard, however, a firre can sing as often as it likes.
Evil Eye - 3x a day, Target must make a DC 20 Fort Save or have a 25% chance of Dying. Even if they pass the save they're Dazed for 3 days. Remove Curse or Dispel Evil removes this effect.

As a Hag and/or Firre Eladrin.History
Vitra once led a powerful coven of Hags called the Ashblight Circle. She still wears the remnants of a petrified Stump long formed into a crown that marked each of the members of the coven... and though her Sisters have long fallen to witch hunters, rival monsters, and their own hubris, Vitra herself has escaped such justice. Once her coven died, she became keenly aware that the Ash hags the coven had... Cultivated were now down to very meager numbers, and so The Ash-Mother set about spreading her foul brood further, both conventionally and unconventionally fostering their spread. To this end, Vitra joined the Collective of Pyrus under the guise of a Firre Eladrin, and has been a member of it's order for as long as most can remember. She spends much of her time plying over tomes and visiting sites and using her magics to glean further information that maybe lost on less dedicated scholars. Her Contributions are extensive, though she frequently leaves out information.. the information she leaves out is seemingly random: Sometimes it's inconsequential, Other times it's quite dramatic... but her Fellow scholars have long come to terms with the supposed Eladrin woman's Eccentricities. Some individuals have found ways to goad or coax left out data from her, whether through 'bargains' or through plying at her pride... though few do it more than a handful of times due to ominous portents and the dreadful aura that surrounds her when she is upset.
Recently, she has begun researching strange emanations, which led her to a peculiar circle that drew her in. Once Activated she became trapped in another Plane, a very unique albeit dangerous research opportunity... During the Escapades of leaving the plane, Vitra assisted in Supplanting a lord of The Abyss with a being known as Chal, and the future Father of The Magic Twin Gods, Xilpip. After escaping Vitra travelled with Xilpip for a time and Conceived of a pair of Godly Children, as part of her ploy to protect her species from annihilation.
As a Patron who gives out Magic, Vitra is Fae, Dark, and Night themed. She favors Orphans, Children who have abusive Parents, Changelings, and scholars. Her pacts typically involve punishing wicked Parents, Assisting local Changelings, Usurping Thrones, and sacrificing powerful spellcasters to the Hag-Mother.
