Tower Shield of Polished Pasts

Description:

This huge silver tower shield seems to be polished to perfection. With bones tied with mythril wool around the shield a strange face seems to float within the item. In this one sits the individual known as Jamesdregeron "The Elder" of clan Frost Buster. Who seems to appear as if he was sitting at a forge, hammering away while he answers the questions of those who pass by. In some nights, when the moon is just right, this shield is said to glimmer to life and the sounds of Jamesdregeron "The Elder" of clan Frost Buster can be heard hammering away. Even the yelling....

This concept originally created and crafted by James "The Iron Heart" of clan Iron Heart. Similarly this original shield seems to be his first attempt at it and an overall success. Bearing his smithing mark on the back and a small engraving in dwarvish that reads "With slow hands I learn wisdom, with wisdom, my hands will hold onto what's mine.".

Item Effect:

This item acts as a permanent speak with dead spell. Allowing those who wish to speak with Jamesdregeron "The Elder" of clan Frost Buster to ask whatever questions they wish and for him to answer so long as he knew it in life.
This item does act as a +1 tower shield. Though is not designed for combat.

This item can only be created as the soul of the individual the spell has brought back is no longer able to be reborn into the cycle of life.

Lawful Angry, as this item stands with the personality of Jamesdregeron "The Elder" of clan Frost Buster. His original view of the world being honorable and usually disappointed or angry with you. Seemingly this shield has a similar view on life.
