The Venomous Skull Cracker - Masterwork Warhammer
Description:
A warhammer that appears with a silver dipped boars skull that has been mounted for the hammer, goblin leather used along the long common tree handle to keep ones grip. The hammer head was said to have been dipped in monsterous spider venom to quench it giving it a strange silver green coloration that highlights the skull as a bright blue on all sides of the hammer head. The hammer head itself is enchanted with a shock rune written in a strange mixture of frost and hill giant runes that seems to unique to replicate without further research. Lastly it seems to bare the mark of Hrotun "The Apprentice Smith" of Hrimpursar's Last Hold. A well known smith who trained under Regin Utem in the art of making weapons. This hammer has had a rune designed into side of it. Appearing as if a cage of holy light, and with a creature within that looks both undead and demonic in appearance.Effects
Shock,
Upon command, a shock weapon is sheathed in crackling electricity. The electricity does not harm the wielder. The effect remains until another command is given. A shock weapon deals an extra 1d6 points of electricity damage on a successful hit.Monster (Masterwork),
Dire Boar Skull
With a strong dire boars skull added to the item, it allows for the damage to increase to 1d10. It also gives the wielder a +1 to there base attack when attacking with it.Disruption, A weapon of disruption is the bane of all undead. Any undead creature struck in combat must succeed on a DC 14 Will save or be destroyed. A weapon of disruption must be a bludgeoning weapon. (If you roll this property randomly for a piercing or slashing weapon, reroll.)
Wolfsbane
If a high ranking fiend is killed with this weapon, it has a chance of being sealed within. Though the runes for this design are engraved within the disruption, it seems to mimic a similar design as a weapon called "Wolfsbane"Goblin Leather
The goblin leather grants the wielder a +3 to Hide and Move Silently checks.Venom Quenching
Lastly, due to the items spider venom quenching, those who are hit with this weapon must make a DC 12 Fortitude save when hit (if successful, they are immune to the weapons effect for 24hrs), if the target fails the save, they take an additional 1d4 poison damage (if target is immune to any spider poison, this will not cause damage to target)Red Colorium
