Tentacle Staff

The Tentacle Staff is noted to be made from the tentacle of an overseer that seems to have been dried out and fitted around a long bone like object. The staff seems to still be slightly alive as it moves on its own occassionally and is noted for even being able to grab things when attacked. And has a few silver runes carved into it allowing the item to still cast as if it was still alive. 
This item acts as a druidic casting focus, it also has 50 charges that either can be burned 1 by 1 to use Chain Lightning or use all 50 charges to attempt to command a beholder with it.
