While at first not impressive, the necklace chain being made of simple copper that seems to never change its color. The focal point of the piece seems to be a small bright blue gemstone that gives off a slight glow around it. The gemstone, shaped like a tear seems to change from a bright blue to a light red depending on the mood of the sea. The user of this item would note that the gemstone turns to its light red coloration when the sea is expected to be wild and storming. Though some believe these gemstones to be the last will of a powerful water elemental, others believe them to be expressions of love from mermaid like creatures. Item effect:

The user will also always hear a faint crying from the item. This seems to fade the deeper under water the user is. This item is considered Intelligent but dormant.
