Staff of Lesser Clan Frost Fury

Description:

A simple staff engraved with the lesser clan Frost Fury mark upon it. The words "Coldcrystal's Gift Guide's You" written in what appears to be a mix of sylvan and aquan to form a unique ice like language. The staff itself seems to be made from the horn of a huge Megaloceros that has been hand carved with designs of a battle. The battle itself depicting what looks like another Frost Fury fighting there own. Though covered in ice, with horns and a tail and seemingly finding its body pierced by what appears to be another snow beard. Though its beard depicted as if it where golden like honey and with a staff that has a beehive on it. 

Item Effect:

As old as it is, this item seems to have been imprinted with abilities long forgotten to most Waroen.
The wielder gains the following spells that they can cast from the staff. Note if the user does not have the ability to cast these naturally, DC Spellcraft 35 to use them.

Spell Explanations:

Blood Snow: Area of fallen snow drains 1d2 points of Con/round and causes nausea.

Aura of Cold, Lesser: Intense cold deals 1d6 damage to creatures within 5 ft.

Curse (If applicable):

This item has a natural hatred for those who serve outside the Frost Fury Clan. And thus will not allow those who have not sworn to the clan to serve it and only it to wield it.
This item is also sentient though its ego is silent at this time
