Description:

A mythril blue wool scarf that has been woven from the finest quality Rok-Heap wool. This sash is said to be long enough to be worn as a scarf in the winter, and thin enough to wear in the hot summers as a sash.

Item Effect:

This item grants the user the spells entrall, shield of faith and beastland ferocity as if they where there own. Allowing the user to cast without a spellcraft check and up to twenty five times per day for each spell. Granting it a total of seventy five charges. It is also noted that the spells seem to be easily changed out for the capable craftsman. As if designed to allow the original creater options as needed.

This item also has a strange cooling effect, allowing the wearer to use it as if wearing Hot weather clothing. Allowing one to be able to stand temperatures up to 120 degrees fahrenheit without discomfort. Note this does not count as fire resistance, only acting similar to cold weather clothing for the user.
