The simplistic design allows for the smooth wood carving craftsmanship to show through all the more. When the pipe is empty it is said to have the "bowl" glowing allowing for its use. Giving off a faint blue color, one can pour out the ashes onto there food or drink and find it purified instantly. When lit aflame it gives its user a blessed wisdom but takes away ones own reasoning.

Item Effect:

This item allows the user to cast Purify Food and Drink as many times a day as needed. However this effect only works when the pipe is unlit, the ashes inside must be poured onto the item you wish to purify. And at which point the spell will take effect.

When lit, this pipe grants its user a temporary boost of +3 to wisdom stat. However this effect only applies while in the users mouth. In exchange this item takes ones reasoning dropping your intelligence by -3 in exchange. No matter the material lit in this pipe, the effect is the same. However one can choose not to activate this effect while smoking from the pipe. At which point the pipe acts as if a mundane item with no magical aura.
