Lyrium Potion - Lesser

A glass vial with a strange blue liquid that seems to slightly glow. When consumed, this item is drank straight from the vial and has a slightly dry and chalky taste to it though it is a liquid.

A lesser lyrium potion restores up to 1d3 of cantrips and 1d2 first level spell slots when consumed.
