Temperament

These creatures attack in legions and wipe out villages with efficiency and effectiveness. Killing without remorse, wasting no movements when attacking. They cannot be reasoned with, you will either die as a magic user or live as a warrior. Though they seem to ignore even the most powerful of casters when spotting hags. Almost focusing them with a vengeance and refusing to stop. It is noted that several members of this order are quite intelligent. Even able to adapt there strategies in the heat of battle, though like a proper army. These thinking individuals almot act as if an atenna to relay the orders from there leader. A creature called the Grand Chaplain who seems to be yet unknown to us.

Classes

20 Warblade, 10 Master, 10 Knight Protector, 10 Spellsword.

Special qualities

Magic Immunity:
These creatures are noted to be immune to all magic, spell like abilities and supernatural abilities and effects.

Known Weaknesses

These creatures seem drawn to magic casters only, thus allowing those who are martial to focus them down. That being said, it is recommended to be prepared to bludgean these creatures to death as they are to tough to slash or pierce. They also seem to fight in a unit, with groups of five and an officer being the main component of there battle formation. If the officer ranked ones are killed, the rest of the group seems to rampage and lose all coordination.

Unique Spells

Steal:
Can siphon spell energy away from his target and use it himself. The spell caster must have an immediate action or a prepared action to use this spell. When cast, the target must be casting a spell that the caster can cast up to. The caster must make a ranged touch attack against the target, at which point they can redirect this spell as if casting themselves at the target. The spell effect only succeeds against a target if it is damaging based otherwise the spell acts as if missing its intended target.

Known Magic items

Shields of the Sun:
Each of the officers amongst there ranks seems to carry strange shields that have large suns upon them. Each seems to have a dark cloud painted upon it with a sword falling from the clouds into the sun. These shields of the Sun act as if a + 8 shield, and allows the wielder to cast spells as if they were a 20th-level paladin with a Wisdom score of 40.

History

This strange organization of ancient creatures is believed to be the first dragons to exist in the clouded age. Each vying for further power then the demonlords themselves and thus eventually discovering what we believe the path of lichdom was. From there though it appears as if something went wrong, the large clan of nearly a thousand at the time seemed weakened and there new forms starved for magic. Eventually it would seem that one of the demonlords known only as "The Forged Sun" would bring this group under his power and grant them a strange fleshgraft of thick stone. Even gifting them with natural armor from some of his beasts he had cultivated for just such an occassion.
Thus the Knights of the Clouds would be born with the simple mission to serve there new lord. Though as his power would wane, the Knights would grow restless. Hungering for magic and to grow stronger, eventually the demonlord would give his last order to the knights. "Ensure none surpass us.". Words that would be echoed across every hag coven's darkest nightmares. As the knight order took this to mean the destruction of all who used magic. Starting with those expected to take the throne once the demonlords found themselves either slain, vanishing to other dimensions seeking power, or weakening, the hag creatures. Said to be the daughters of an ancient demonlord long lost to history, these knights would hunt them down with abandonment.
From here the Knights of the Cloud would be spotted quite regularly hunting hag and hag like creatures. Offering there assistance to world leaders, though always seeming to do more damage then good as they killed vast amounts of innocent. Assuming all who could cast were the descendants of the hags, these knights would find themselves unwelcomed amongst the many nations until the fall of Ice and re-establishment of the giant kingdoms.
