Hel Gatt
Description:
A smooth near crystalline bone that is embellished with the scales of a white dragon to form a comfortable hilt. Which is harshly bisected at the end to form a crooked and jagged warpick with a shard of pure blue ice from which a blade-like protrusion of ice constantly forms.Item Effect:
This weapon does not deal damage, instead when attacking a creature it deals 1d2 dexterity damage as a successful flat footed attack. The magic holding the weapon together prevents it from performing iterative attacks however, so each attack must be done as a standard action.Curse/Boon:
When Wielded
With the additions of an angrily killed white dragon who seethed with hatred to the very end, this item finds itself cursed. When wielded the user regardless of cold resistance or immunity finds themselves vulnerable to cold damage. With a secondary effect that the user must make a Will (can be substituted with concentration if warblade maneuvar used or similar effect) anytime they are near a celestial or aasimar-kin being. Or otherwise find themselves as if in a frenzied rage until the celestial or aasimar-kin are dead or out of sight. This rage effect applies through those who are immune to magical mind effects, but not racial mind effecting immunity.
