A city rumored to have been in the north eastern lands of Drafika and ruled by Gregsmaratam. The city is said to have housed the largest bard schools in the world and with diamonds flowing beneath the glass like roads, the city is truly noted as a world wonder. The Diamonds Death though does not get its nickname from the liquid diamond that flowed in plenty beneath the city. But rather for its study into death ore and its uses. Many believe the city is the first distributor of mana potions that were considered highly addictive but extremely potent. Allowing for low level magic casters to cast well beyond there ability, many would flock to the city in hopes of new magical breakthroughs. Though the city never seemed to found a school for mages, the cities many large ports that were connected to it allowed for many refugees of war and interested scholars alike to travel to the ever expanding city.

Gregsmaratam "The Reflection Lover" (Greg-smar-ah-tam) (In common, Eloquence Speaker)

Gregsmaratam was well known for his palace in the center of the city Diamond's End. As it was said that every pillar, wall, and ceiling would reflect the grand "diamond" dragons appearance. Known for his love of himself and bardic styled clothing, Gregsmaratam was unique amongst the many dragons. Though many wondered how, Gregsmaratam managed to convince the emperor of dragons that he would make a better ally then vassal. Allowing for the silver tongued dragon to go unapposed within his lands. Though noted for his extreme hatred for fang dragons due to there ugly appearance, and his belief of gemstone scaled dragons being inferior to his brew. Gregsmaratam was a ruler who would go down in history for his merchant genius, but arrogant downfall. In truth an extremely pale and naturally dull colored obsidian dragon. Gregsmaratam was well known for believing himself to be a dragon made of diamonds, making him the rarest and most powerful dragon amongst the gemstone court. In truth, he had managed to adapt a class from a traveling adventurer called the Diamond Dragon and combined with his bardic abilities, all who met the strange creature were led to beleive him.

The Diamond Wars

Though a war in truth to gain control over the entirety of Drafika, the conflict itself would start over a rumored trade that had fallen through. The side at fault though never discovered due to the ongoing conflict, it was determined that the war itself was unlawful and would see Gregsmaratam captured. Having been accused of declaring an unlawful war, Gregsmaratam was said to start of The Diamond Wars on continous losses as not only battles went in the favor of the enemy but so did his nations funds. Having had to ransom himself out, it would see the nation go on the defensive as Gregsmaratam was rumored to prepare a counter attack. Having hired large amounts of mercenaries from across the world, the war was last said to be going in the favor of The Council of Gems, though many wonder why the dragon of the east has yet to show his true fangs.

Tenyers

A term used to celebrate the individual dragon clans current leaders birth year every ten years. As dragons age at such slow rates, few care to celebrate or see value in it, but many of the dragon lords use these days as a holiday amongst the slave population. Granting days of no labor, large orgies, vast feasts and huge scraps sent to the slave pens. Thus many slaves and dragons join in on the celebration, as little law or order can be found during the day long festival it is considered both the most dangerous and fun time to be in a dragons territory.

DIAMOND CROWNS The first coin that replaced the common platinum that the dragons used for its shininess. Giants though, are not dragons, thus the more common material of liquid diamonds would be harvested from the cores of the volcanoes in the heart of the magma as it was believed. This material would be farmed to make coins and other magical items.
RUBY VOLCANOS Believed to be equivalent to the gold piece commonly used by the lesser nations including dragons. Thus the Jotun-Modr pioneered the coin in the shape of their homeland to be used by those sworn to them. These simple coins are individually 5cm by 5cm like the other coins, however it is clear and seems to sparkle from its craftsmanship only possible by the Jotun-Modr who individually made each coin.
SAPPHIRE HILLS Sapphire hills were thinner coins due to there higher rarity, though most giants valued sapphires less then rubies and only slightly more then emeralds. Thus most recognized this simple hill drawn with sheep grazing into the individual sapphires as a silver coin.
EMERALD PLAINS Lastly and most common in the Jotun-Modr volcanos were emeralds. As the material was farmed simply from their individual Rok-heap herds. Thus simple grass would be carved into the coins as apprentices practiced there arts on the coins.
