Golden Tongue of Greed - Silent

Although mundane when not equipped or bonded to by a wielder. The Golden Tongue of Greed at first appears as if a simple golden coin with no markings on it that distinguish it in anyway. It is said that even when placed in a pile of coins, the golden tongue of greed would always stay on top of the pile. When equiped and chosen by the item, the golden tongue of greed has to be placed on the tongue of the user. At which point it will either instantly kill you through a beyond gods power word kill spell and you will collapse to the ground with your body turning to gold and then melting away. Or it will turn your tongue to gold and grant the user its natural charm. When "equiped", the golden tongue of greed is unable to be distinguished between your normal tongue and the item. Though True Sight or any spell that allows true seeing will show your tongue as sold gold with gems encrusted into it and the beyond god of greed Xarius's golden scale depicted upon it.
