Gauntlets of Wiser Hands

Description:


These rugged and larger gauntlets are said to be made from the leather of a beholders eye stalk. With little metal slots to allow for the feathers of different birds to be placed within. Each currently having a small Roc feather placed within it. Ringed by solarium, each top knuckle of the gauntlets has a small vial of alchemical acid within it. Designed to break on contact and be shoved away from the gauntlet to maximize damage. Lastly it should be noted that these gloves suck in the sunlight allowing them both to have a faint glow and keep the users hands warm in the coldest frost.
  Upgraded after the leather bands in the hands were torn off. Now replaced with gloom scales, and a light leather. These guantlents now glow a sickly green whenever it seems undead creatures are nearby. The scales also seem to have a natural pull on souls. Almost as if the user is drawn to them. Each scale seems to posses a strange design of a creature stored within it, showing its decay.
  With the strange addition of long bronze claws that at the movement of the hands of its user potrude out like retractable claws. These gauntlents have been inlayed with mundane Deep Crystal shards and shavings that seem to do nothing other then add to the blades sharpness. They bare the mark of Aitor "The Golden" Frosthorn  

Item Effect:


  The guantlets do 1d6+wisdom modifier of alchemical acid which is considered acid +5 when dealing with resistance and is considered to be on top of base unarmed strike attacks. On top of the item being completely alchemically acid immune. Its hardness is 12, and has an HP of 35.
  This item also now gives a help action (+2)for any soul consuming rolls. It also seems to devour the corpses of those smaller then its wearer that its wearer kills. Though it is strange, the bodies seem to vanish as if to a pocket plane. Allowing only the user to pull the bodies out, while the item can only store up to four one size catagory smaller creatures and six for two size categories smaller.
 

Additions

With the bronze blades added, the user can now as a swift or immediate action switch the gauntlets from Bludgeoning to Slashing and Piercing. Giving the gauntlets an extra 1d8+dex modifier of magical piercing and slashing damage. When overcoming DR, this counts as if Magical and Good damage (due to the strange mundane deep crystals).
 
Deep Crystals
Deep Crystal shards allow for this item to do 1d8+dex modifier worth of piercing and slashing each time they hit, regardless of if the bronze blades are retracted our out. This damage counts as Good for the purposes of DR.
  With further additions of Deep Crystals (10 purified through blue goblin refinement), this item is now able to change its claws between Good and Evil damage and increases its damage dice (aleardy applied above) to 1d8 instead of 1d4. Lastly, they increase critical to x3 upon success.   
Demonic Bloodlined Craftsman
This item has been crafted by one of the ancient bloodlines that has been reawoken. Granting this item its maximum potential, and allowing its user to exchange the good or evil damage for force damage effect instead upon successful attack with the piercing and slashing type damage. The Good/Evil damage that is applied by the Deep Crystal of 1d8+dex modifier now counting as Force instead.
