Frozen Bloom

Description:

This simple blade is noted to have a rapier like design to it in which the blade itself has been refined from multiple elemental gemstone cores. It is said that with the mashing of each of the gems into a single ingot and then expanding out the blade from it caused the unique crystal glow it has. Noted as Frozen Bloom for when it is not actively being used, the item is noted to glow a faint ice blue. While when actively being wielded the gemstones come to life and begin to glow as if a rainbow appeared and multiple flowers of light begin to glow along its blade. The hilt is made from a simple silver with ancient druidic runes carved into it. The words "From the Coldest Storm's comes the Strongest Roots" which when read out loud activates the spell. Causing the runes to glow and the blade to expand out into a massive core for an elemental creature the size of most mountains.

Item Effect:

This item counts as a +4 weapon (rapier) that gives a +10 to spellcraft when not in combat.   Thinblade:
This rapierlike exotic weapon is the size of a longsword but much lighter. like the lightblade, it is favored by dexterous elf fighters and rogues.
A character can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply his Dexterity modifier instead of his Strength modifier to attack rolls with an elven thinblade.
Characters proficient with the elven thinblade may treat it as a rapier or a longsword for the purpose of any of the following feats: Greater Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Specialization, Improved Critical, Weapon Focus, and Weapon Specialization.
    Spell enchantment:
1/day - the wielder of this weapon can cast Summon Elemental Monolith.

Curse:

This item is considered cursed by a weapons smith who is hated by the druidic powers of the world. Thus upon its creation this item took the curse of its user and embodied its hatred toward its original creator. Each time you summon the elemental monolith, upon defeating all Hostiles in the area, it has to roll a 1d100 and if it rolls between a 1-10, the creature will immediatly spend the rest of its existance going toward where Regin Uthem or Glitterbreeze is. If found, the elemental monolith will immediately begin to rot and burn as if melting from acid while it attempts to attack Regin Uthem or Glitterbreeze. The wielder of the item cannot remove the creature but instead the effect cancels the concentration to keep the creature summoned, and it will still vanish upon end of the spells duration.
