Eye of Statera - Silenced
Description:
An eye with an hour glass of corrupt sand that is demonic in nature, and the other that seems to be sands stolen from paradise. Made from solid paladium and shaped similar to a que ball. This eye shaped magic item is said to have an oventium core that glitters with magic of a bygone era. The iris shaped like a large coin, has at its center a hammer design with wings coming out of it. Identical to the one of James "The Iron Heart" of clan Iron Heart's own holy symbol. Made from what appears to be solid platinum that glows when it use, the hammer itself is intricate enough to make most masters bow to its creator. Behind the hammer though one can see an hourglass on its side that glimmers with both unholy and holy magics. One side filled with purple corrupted demonic sand and the other filled with divine holy sand from paradise itself. Both seem to glimmer, and when the eye is used the hourglass seems to shift. With either a purple unholy or golden holy light glimmering from it as it activates. The eyeball itself is also in intricately carved with a dragonkin covered in a cloak wielding a staff of ancient dragon bones. Carved to such detail that one can almost tell whom it is. The other side a depiction of a beautiful Samag arcane queen that is encrusted with bits of death ore to make her glow when she is near.

Outsider Traits
An outsider possesses the following traits (unless otherwise noted in a creature’s entry).
Darkvision out to 60 feet.
Unlike most other living creatures, an outsider does not have a dual nature—its soul and body form one unit. When an outsider is slain, no soul is set loose. Spells that restore souls to their bodies, such as raise dead, reincarnate, and resurrection, don’t work on an outsider. It takes a different magical effect, such as limited wish, wish, miracle, or true resurrection to restore it to life. An outsider with the native subtype can be raised, reincarnated, or resurrected just as other living creatures can be.
Proficient with all simple and martial weapons and any weapons mentioned in its entry.
Proficient with whatever type of armor (light, medium, or heavy) it is described as wearing, as well as all lighter types. Outsiders not indicated as wearing armor are not proficient with armor. Outsiders are proficient with shields if they are proficient with any form of armor.
You do not gain the outsiders lack of need for eating or sleeping, however you do find your needs halved from what they would have been in previous forms.
Curse
Requirement
In a sense, a command word is a requirement. Nevertheless, some items have much more stringent requirements that must be met for them to be usable. To keep an item with this kind of curse functioning, one or more of the following conditions must be met. Each year you must sacrifice or kill a single divine caster of fifth level or higher in casting. Otherwise this item will "remove" the wielder.
Dependant Curse
This item only works within 10 feet of its wielder at all times. Which allows it to be popped out of the skull of its wielder at the exchange of losing there vision temporarily in that eye.Drawback
The wielder is stunned for 1d4 rounds if they refuse to listen to the items sense of Justice. If reason cannot be found from the item, it will continue stunning you 1/day until its request is met to the exact wording.Boon:
Boon of Statera
As all things should be balanced, so is the damage you take. With half of any non magical damage that falls upon the user of this item being treated as force damage when it is dealt back to the attacker at the end of there turn. However, if the user of this item goes below 0 hit points prior to the return damage, the damage is negated as the item deactivates upon the wielder losing conciousness.(I.e. Minotaur swings his axe at James, he hits for 20 points of slashing damage. 10 of that damage is dealt back to the minotaur. Unless, James is downed to 0 or less hit points after this attack. At which point the minotaur takes 0 damage back.)
Ego (Alignment):
Chaotic Good
With a shifting personality it is strange how this item finds itself not caring for the laws of the world or even the laws of the gods. The Meadmancers do not bow to a law bearer, nor will they be told what they believe is not right. This item has a strange sense of justice and belief, wanting to help all mortals but refusing to help those embraced by the Law Bearers and there champions.Purpose
Slay the leader of the necromancer group Order of the Broken Skulls named Mahgirana'karana - Once done the item gains the use of prying eyes fully, but until then can only be used on Mahgirana'karana.Secondary Purpose
