Ela Ugbo's Communion

Description:

This candle seems to look quite simple at first, a simple wick, its silvery coloration, and its design of Ela Ugbo's holy symbol upon it. This candle at first seems to be no more then a normal cadle used by clerics for prayer. However, upon burning the wick one of the eight times it can. This item is said to allow its user to directly speak to there god, in this case Ela Ugbo specifically. When the wick is lit, a grey smoke is emmitted and is said to allow for the god to speak without worry of upsetting the mortal plane. However, once this item has been used eight times, it will immediately burn away and remove its magical effect. It is said that only one candle can be used by a normal cleric for the amount of strain it puts on there divinity.

Item Effect:

This item when lit allows the user to speak with Ela Ugbo should she choose. If she refuses the request, the candle does not lose its charge. However if accepted, it is noted that a cleric can speak to her for roughly 1 minute before the candle will go out and will need relighting.
No spell effects, or other gods may effect this communication unless they outrank the god being contacted. However, if a different god does answer, the candle will change its symbol to match that of the god currently speaking.
