Made from the rib bones of a huge elder viper in the form of a circlet. The four points where the ribs each touch in the circlet are bonded with a bit of slag colorium and bound with magical talismans made from watching druids in Niten. The talismans seem to glow, and give the frontal portion of the circlet where the elder vipers face is taxidermied a fierce look. Upon wearing of this item by someone, it is said the talismans and the gemstone eyes of the viper both glow a sickly black. And only when not worn will this effect stop.
