Crown of Lesser Fear Demon

Description:

A dark obsidian crown made from what appears to be an ancient elemental creature shaped to form any wearers head. The center of the crown has a small gemstone shape piece of platinum that is molded to look like a small eye that glimmers like moonlight when the item is active. The three pillars on the front of the crown seem to each have a small carving in them. The first a small beasts skull, the second and left most point has a greatsword depicted into it. While the center has a simple coin carved beneath the glimmering platinum. 

Item Effect:

This item acts as a wonderous item that allows the user once per day to cast Fear as if it was a known spell to them. If the user is not a spell caster, this item acts mundane to the user. But if they are a spell caster, the 1/day Fear, allows the user to cast based on there highest Caster Level (regardless of arcane or divine casting).

As a secondary effect, this item also grants its wearer a +2 to there Charisma the obsidian seems to adjust to the users head. Making the crown and the wielder look almost like a proper noble.

Curse

This item will continue to grow with its wielder and thus if removed will take 1d6 x (amount of days the wielder had the item) before it can be reequiped by another.
