Cloak of The Strongest Helmed Demon

Description:

A cloak that seems to have the emblazoned words in infernal "Destinys Lord" upon the inside of it. The cloak itself seems to be made from slaadee leather and there onyx colored scales. The cloaks hood displays a strange frog like creature that almost resembles a demonic bullfrog. The eyes themselves seem to always give off an eerie purple glow that glimmers to a maroon in the sunlight. It has two pockets, both on the inside that seem to be never ending. However, the overall style seems more in the goal of a travel cloak then one made for nobility. 

Item Effect:

This cloak acts as a +1 enhancement bonus armor due to the quality and masterwork of its making

Slaadee Leather

Due to the slaadee leather used to make this item, it has the following effects

Spell like ability

1/day - reverse gravity, telekinesis (DC 19), invisibility, shout (DC 18), stone shape. If the user does not have a caster level, assume 20th. If they do, assume wielders caster level for DC

Regeneration 

Acid and cold deal normal damage to the wielder. If the wielder loses a limb or body part, the lost portion regrows in 3d6 minutes. The creature can reattach the severed member instantly by holding it to the stump.

Spell Resistance

Due to the immense power of the creatures leather, the user gets a spell resistance equal to that of half there consititution score when worn. 

Curse (If applicable):

This item can only be worn by those of a constititution of 30 or higher, otherwise the wielder must make a Fortitude Save DC 30 each hour they wear the item. If the wielder fails the save, they are instantly killed as if by a disintigrate spell. If the wielder succeeds, they will feel there constitution drained by 1d6, until they finally succumb to death.

Ego (Alignment) (If applicable):

This item has a Chaotic Evil ego that more leans on Evil with a focus of wanting its healthy wielder to kill and attack until they perish. Though the ego seems to purposefully limit this item until the user can prove there dedication to its interests.
