Bjara's Vengeance
Description:
Said to have once belonged to one of the ten points of the Empire of Silence. This book is rumored to have once belonged to a female fiend who was believed to be powerful enough to bring prosperty to all within her domain. Though it is believed that at some point in the histories this ancient empire would vanish after a dark cloud is depicted to have swallowed the world. The books pages are currently empty but will slowly fill with ancient caveman like drawings when beings are sealed within. The pages are made from a black pyrus that is unidentifiable, and the leather is believed to be fully immune to all magic and psionics. Item effect:
If a Type Fiend creature is defeated by the user of this book (meaning they must deal the final blow). The user may use this book once per month ability to roll a 1d100+charisma modifier versus the creatures 1d100. If the user hits a 100, this item will automatically succeed. If the user hits a 1 the fiendish creature automatically takes over the users body. If this item succeeds, once per day you can use one of its spell like abilities. If this item fails, the fiend is allowed to die without its soul being tampered with from then on by this item.
This item is not currently in its complete state, and the user can continously hear the item snoring. This item is Evil alligned. Aura: Overwhelming Unknown

Requirements: Must have slain a minor or higher ranked god. Craft Wonderous Item. Intelligence 35
Market Value: Appears as if worthless to non casters and CL then 20th level, to those above the item appears as if a +1 grimoire with no special properties. For those of equal or higher CL then that of the item they can see it for what it is at 500,000gp
