Armlet's of the Zephyr

These four red colred iron bands are designed like normal horseshoes though closed on both sides and slighty twisted. They allow the wearer to travel without actually touching the ground. The wearer must still run above (always around 4 inches above) a roughly horizontal surface. This means that nonsolid or unstable surfaces can be crossed, and that movement is possible without leaving tracks on any sort of ground. The wearer moves at its +20ft to there base land speed. All four bands must be worn by the same individual for the magic to be effective.
Item Useage: This item acts as a normal horseshoes of a zephyr, however they also increase the movement speed of the individual as they were coated in a thick red colorium to make them faster. Granting an extra 20ft of movement on top of your base speed while wearing all four armlets.
