Diet

To my knowledge this creature seems to only eat the essence of other elementals and elemental based attacks as I saw it devour a Master Toth's firebolt spell over and over again.

Temperament

As aggressive as a storm can be, this creature would be as if fighting the skies themselves as I found. A thousand times worse then any normal elemental, The Storm of the First World is said to be the last remaining quakes of a spell gone wrong. This creature came into the world in an act of aggression and a mistake and continues to ensure all feel its wrath. As we suffer, this creature seems to attack anything that it sees within its airspace. Not caring for its own well being, the creature is relentless in its attacks. Like a storm determined to sink a mighty vessel, this creature will not back down until you or it are dead.

Special qualities

Mastery of all Air Spells:
Cannot be harmed by any spells marked with Air, and can cast spells that have the classification of Air as if a 60th level caster, damage caps being removed only for Air based spells.
  Mastery of Elements:
This creature has mastered the elemental forces of the world and can no cast them as if a spell like ability rather then using spell slots.

Known Weaknesses

The creature is well known for its rash and aggressive behavior. Thus I propose any adventuring group willing to attempt such a feat as to kill this beast to use a luring strategy. The creature once focused on you will not relent, chasing you to the ends of the world until it either kills you, it dies, or a greater target attacks it. Thus with a lure toward a trap, using preferbly a fast airship, this creature could be drawn to an easier location to slay it. However, it seems far capable of defending itself in battle with its multiple elemental spells, leaving it at an advanatage nearly anywhere it fights.

Unique Spells

Suffocation Breath:
Once a day this creature seems capable of using this epic spell that encloses a 60ft diameter sphere in the air. Everything within it seems to have its air sucked away and fed to the creature. Granting it both your magical abilities as long as your within the sphere, but as well as gifting it your casting class levels. Though the sphere seems easy enough to break free from, like a tornado it seems to draw you toward the center, causing you to make fortitude saving throws every round your within it.

History

As stated above, this creature was seemingly created during the Clouded Age or thereafter roughly. We believe the creature was created in a similar fashion to the Knights of the Cloud, an answer to the powerful demonlords by either the Hag covens at the time or the Slaadi tribes. Whomever created the beast, it is clear it was not the intention of the caster. Summoned from the darker portions of Abaddon, this creature was filled will a dark essence from its very creation. It is said that upon the failling of the spell, a demonlord known only as "The Silken One" had managed to take over the beast. After wiping out its creaters, the creature was said to vanish from the history books for quite some time. Only having recently reappeared in the toth lands, seemingly attacking the Toth Covenant with no regard for its safety or concern.
My current theory as to where the creature went during the fall of the clouded age and the rebuilding period that we call "The Dark Age". I believe that the Collective of Pyrus's founder was the one who would shelter the beast. As much of the capital has been designed to run on a strange air magic, though few of our members cast beyond the most basic of cantrips. Thus I believe the creature or its master sought shelter within my masters domain and in exchanged advanced the nation to a super power hidden behind papyrus.
