River War

Seupox attempt to prevent ship traffic on the River (insert name) from reaching South in order to damage the Knuclo economy. Plans are also made to divert water from the Insert River name to lands under Seupox control, to dry up downstream cities in Knuclo. The first stage was a canal between the Two Seupox cities. Plans for a later stage call for a connection between a secondary Canal and an Estuary, controlled by the Seupox. Although 1/2 mile was constructed, the plan failed due to changed military conditions and lack of funding. Knuclo got wind of this and Invaded Seupox.

Knuclo controlled the river fully.

Aftermath

Knuclo eventually ceded lands back to the west of the river and both are allowed the use of the river and relations are back to friendly.
