Rebi Leader
(a.k.a. the puppet prince)
He was chosen tribal leader at the ripe old age of 18 as part of a political deal with the the tribal councils that were going to use him as a puppet. Rebi Leader himself was too taken up with a life of drunken sex parties in the villages to care too much either way. He was guilty of Murder, Incest and treachery.

Personal history
During an invasion of Holhall to wrangle sheep the Rebi Leader got drunk was captured by a farmer and sent home hog tied to his country.
Education
Parents could only teach you certain things, but he could learn other things and different things and more things if you get experience of being trained by someone else specifically a master manipulator. Unfortunately for him he was the one being manipulated by the tribal council the only reason he was chosen was because he was so maleable.
Failures & Embarrassments
In a battle The Rebi army chased the Pafee who was smaller than expected and they began to retreat. Eager to crush the enemy, the Rebi Leader raced ahead, leaving his supply train behind. That allowed the Pafee cavalry to fall upon the Rebi Army supplies and destroy them.
