Farming jobs were necessary to feed the Estian people. The jobs are things such as as planting, sowing, reaping and harvesting. People also worked with mills and granaries. A lot of the of the grain was imported from different parts of Estia. The workers and slaves in the rural communities were essential to the life of the villages.

No education was required. Fathers taught sons how to do the job and picked up job hands to assist.
