Noctilus is the captain of the Sea Dog, a ship that transported goods and slaves to Cratenga and was working together with Arianne and Drekken.
He seems to be loosely affiliated with the Midnight Parade, though it seems to be more of a commercial partnership. He was quick to salvage what was left when the base under Cratenga was invaded by the party and managed to make a deal of sorts. He was last seen sailing away from the hidden harbor.
