First Trigger

You can make specific people unable to fall asleep or wake up if they are within line of sight, this effect lasts for 1 hour.
If someone is affected by the sleep aspect of this power, they will remain asleep even if they take physical damage!
If someone is affected by the insomniac part of this power, they will not be able to fall asleep, even due to drugs or poisons, although they can be knocked unconscious.

Second Trigger

If anyone in a 1 km radius from you falls asleep, you will know about it, including who they are and what they're dreaming about.
You can now manipulate the dreams of those sleeping within your sight, this may be used to extract information from people or attack them from the dreamscape, an attack such as this deals 2d4 sanity damage and 1d4 physical damage.
