Terre Mundas

The kingdom of Terre Mundas is a rather small region compared to its neighbors, but rich in history. It once was the center of an empire that united the known world. It was brought together by a general who came to be known as Emperor Kargash. Thus began the five century Craven Dynasty. This dynasty met its end when the emperor at the time declared himself to be the “Omniscence” and challenged the power of the gods. He banned any religion that was not about him, and all holy persons made their way to a territory that came to be known as Shamans Landing, founding the city of Shamans Oath. His reign was a bloody one, and covered the years of 15-0 BC. In the year 0, he sailed out to an island in the Anduril Ocean and had his loyal magicians call to the gods so he could “challenge them in person.” They responded by sending a meteor that obliterated the island and caused a massive tidal wave that threatened the mainland. All of the priests gathered in the Raven Tower in Shamans Oath to calm it before it reached land, thereby saving the world.
To this day, Shamans Oath is the most prosperous city in all of Terre Mundas, and is the capital of the duchy of Shamans Landing.
Cayusa Plains
The Cayusa Plains is another duchy, but populated by a native group that call themselves the Cayusa. These folks hold to the traditional ways, and speak a language known as Cayusai. Their greatest warriors have often been sent to serve in any battle, and they are invaluable because their language can be used to send coded messages to troops.
Dweiher
This city is the capital of the Cayusa Plains, and is a major trading hub. Right outside has fighting pits for the tribes to determine their best fighters to send out for glory seeking.
Mount Thorrin
An extremely holy place for the Cayusa. Potential shamans or other holy folks will conduct vision quests to attempt to scale this volcano. Not all of them return.
Shamans Landing
The prosperous duchy of which the capital is Shamans Oath. It does hold a set of old mines in the mountains, a forest known as the Shackal Forest, and a significant lighthouse called The Eye of the North
Brondon
The capital duchy of Terre Mundas. This territory is significant because of the ruins of various castles, forts, and towers that litter the landscape. Its capital city of Camorra is where the current king makes his residence, but he often travels through the country. Camorra is rife with criminal activity, but even the guard cannot prosecute due to lack of evidence.
