Session X

General Summary

With the Witch-Killer dead, the party and their bounty hunter "allies" cash in their bounty at the barracks at Castle Black Rock - earning ten gold coins each in the process. Celebrating their accomplishment, Raaf realizes that he left the injured Cordelia and her friend Alex in Rugger's Boarding House, and rushes there by coach to check on them - before having them sent off, by coach, to the woman's apothecary shop. 
The following day, when they meet with Cordelia, she gives them all an enhanced healing tonic of her own making as a thank you, and offers a 10% discount to purchases at her shop for the future. Leaving the shop, they are approached by a shady-looking figure, who informs them they are to meet with Lady Nacht once more.
This time, after a long wait and briefly speaking to a deeply saddened sergeant Geldrecht, the group is given a fancy breakfast with scones, jam, toast, and green tea while they are informed of their new assignment - to investigate the murder of one corporal Tylo Vielfrass.
Heading to the Garden of Morr outside of the city, they inspect the late corporal's body, with a hole burned straight through his torso, and speak with some of the mourners gathered around for his funeral, who speak highly of him - the man apparently trying to mend the gap between the Altdorf soldiery and Ubersreik watchmen, being well-liked, loved by plenty of young ladies, and being a bit of a drinker.
