Liebwin Euler

Hailing from a family of well-respected gunsmiths from Nuln, Liebwin Euler had the freedom of choice to pursue a different craft, opting for a career as a physician and studying at the University of Nuln, rather than the gunnery schools as his father, and their fathers, before him.
Having secured a place as an apprentice at the Physician's Guild in the fortress town of Ubersreik, Liebwin left home westward, and was assigned under the tutelage of Eva Madelung, which has proven to be somewhat less fun than originally anticipated. While more than skilled in her craft, the Reiklander woman appeared to have not too much of a vested interest in actually teaching him, only occasionally explaining things while he was to either watch her do her work, or assist by handing her various tools and bottles, or pressing down on certain wounds and the likes.
Liebwin grew tired of this, and demanded more actual learning opportunities - which he received in the form of a grievously injured Altdorfer soldier. Woefully underprepared, the apprentice failed at saving the man's life. Blamed for it by both the man's compatriots, and his supposed tutor herself, he has had a rough time working through his guilt, and has ceased his attempts at getting his teacher to show some actual interest in educating him, now busying himself late at night with his drinks.
