Watch Captain Andrea Pfeffer
The current Watch Captain for Ubersreik, arriving with the Altdorf State Army, Andrea Pfeffer is young for her station, although a descendant of a long line of soldiers from Middenland and of noble blood, although she never actually mentions either - even if her speech habits betray her as a Middenlander. The Pfeffers have long fought at the forefront of the Empire's armies for centuries and she is no different in this regard.
Blunt and with a soldier's sense of humour, she dislikes excuses, but realises some situations require 'tactical finesse' and lets much slide for good results. Anything bringing the Watch into disrepute will lead to her extreme disfavor, however, and she tends to be a mostly serious person.
So far she has managed to keep things mostly in order in Ubersreik, and has managed to establish some connections among the local populace, most notably Adelheidis 'Alisha' Keller, a young, blessed priestess of Katya that is ultimately in charge of the Kat House, a dockside brothel dedicated to Katya, goddess of Disarming Beauty, whom primarily keeps her informed of the comings and goings of persons that might be servants of the Dark Gods.
