Ultramarine Kingfisher
ULTRAMARINE KINGFISHER
The Kingfisher is basically a cruiser with some added
features for fishing. It has berths for four in the bow, a
galley with a table that folds down to sleep two more,
and a head with an attachment for an on-deck shower.
It has less berthing space than a standard cruiser because
the pilot cabin is enclosed and pushed to amidship
to open up the aft deck for the fishing gear.
Now I could give you a rundown of the great fishing gear this thing has, but the reason I have it on here is not because of the MaxDepth 6200 fish finder. Riggers, and runners in general, have found plenty of alternative uses for the crane that typically is used to hoist caught fish out of the water and onto the boat. This, along with the fish-storage space that can easily be modified to hide other cargo, makes the Kingfisher and other boats like it quite popular.
Standard Equipment: Amenities (squatter), satellite link, smuggling
compartment, winch (basic)
