Neostigmine is an older drug used to treat toxic exposure to nerve agents and other chemicals that cause neuromotor dysfunction. When administered to a character suffering from the effects of Paralysis (p.409, CRB), double the subject’s Reaction for the purposes of determining paralysis. Neostigmine also halves the duration of Paralysis from one hour to thirty minutes.
