It started as an insult more than anything else—you ran with a pack of people who, when drek got real, would leave you sitting in the car. “It’s for your own good,” they said, but what they meant was “We think you might kill us if you came along.” That’s how it started, but eventually all that time in the car added up to something. You learned quick reflexes, driving savvy, and a calm demeanor—while also learning how to drive really, really fast.
