Bloody Mess
A Talismonger contacts the runners, as they are in need of a team to perform a heist. The mysterious figure goes by the name Cato and is out for blood. Literally. See, they need a specific blood bag for a ritual involving some magical doohickey. To unlock the item's potential, the creator's bloodline has to provide freely-given blood. And well, the only descendant has recently donated blood to a blood bank.
There is, of course, a complication. Said blood bank, located in South Amsterdam, targets a rich clientele, providing them with blood that fits their genetics perfectly. Needless to say, they take security very serious. Which means the runners have to approach this as an actual proper heist, not just a random snatch-and-grab.

Cato the Censor
Cato is a Talismonger with a good reputation for assessing the value of countless magical reagents and objects. This is why they were nicknamed 'the Censor', which means 'the Assesser', as many of their associates are horrible nerds. And now they assessed a historical artefact as requiring the freely-given blood of a relative to function. Fortunately for Cato, they managed to track down a descendant.
Of course, given understandable suspicion of any kind of magic involving blood, convincing someone of freely donating blood for a ritual is a hard sell. And the books are clear, it has to be freely given. That said, there might be a loophole. See, the karma is in the blood once it is provided, so obtaining it afterwards through nefarious means in theory shouldn't spoil the goods.
The Run
The blood bank in question is private enough it carries no name, just an address. Despite its secrecy, it has a good rep on offering good money to those that pass its screening process. Meanwhile, the rich, bloodsuckers as they are, are quite eager to reserve blood bags fitting them just in case they ever need them. Reservations come with a subscription fee and whatnot. Expired bags are quietly disposed of. The runners know the name and donor number of their target. Now they have to get into the systems, figure out which vault to go after, then get past security patrols and systems to get into the vault. And preferably out again, if they want to get paid.5 Karma
Word on the street
"I am out for blood, and I mean that literally. See, I have this item, which the creator bound to their bloodline. Thus, I need specific blood to unlock its true potential."
"Oh, that elitist blood bank? I hear they pay well. Good way to earn cash, if you clear their selection."
"You are fools for daring to resist us. We will have your blood before we have the blood you guard!"
"Of all the blood banks in the world, you chose to steal from mine. So you thought you could take my property, hurt my staff, damage my reputation, without consequences?"
I have player, his character The Boy DeBois was beaten up by girl vampire, he wants some revenge on her if he can ever find her.
I had a player who hated vampires. Found out a one-time-character was one, went cat-and-mouse, tipped 'em off, the vamp ran. And the next time they met, they were both hired on the same side so professional courtesy demanded he didn't act upon his hate.
