Klorr was successful in creating the device and named it after himself: Klorr.

Klorr was successful in creating the device and named it after himself: Klorr. The device managed to read into the minds of the subject and learn from their deepest, darkest desires. After which it would conjure a Demi-plane for it and a befitting Jailer. From then on it was the Jailers responsibility to maintain the Domain and punish the Darklord accordingly.   When a Darklord would repent from his sins and wrongdoings, the Jailer would decide to free the soul of the Darklord and report back to the device. The device would in turn set the souls from the Domain free and consume the Domain itself. The device would be self-sustainable as it would both create and consume.
