Where eagles dare

Soaring high above the jagged, icy peaks of Nalrothorn, you felt the cold, thin air rush past your outstretched wings. Your keen vision piercing through the veil of snow and mist that clung stubbornly to the mountain. The cold winds that carries you upwards steady, gliding with a predator's grace over the frozen landscape.   From this vantage point, the mountain will revealed its secrets, nothing can hide from your keen senses. Near the very top, a dark cave mouth gaped like an ominous, silent beast, carved into the rock.
It stood out, a black hole in the pristine white, as if daring the curious to venture inside and explore the inside of the mighty moutain.
But it was not the cave that held his attention; it was the structure that stood beside it. A sleek, black pillar, triangular in shape, its sides polished to a glass-like smoothness. It rose from the peak, defying the harsh elements as if untouched by time, its surface reflecting no light despite its dark, onyx-like hue. It stood out as an alien monument, unnatural and imposing against the jagged crown of the mountain reaching for the sky above.   As you decend back to The Aerie circling lower and lower around the moutain, You catch sight of something even more curious. Near the base of the mountain, hidden beneath a thick tangle of snow-laden shrubs and creeping vines, was a concealed entrance. Nearly invisible, it was only a faint distortion in the terrain—a shadow where there should have been none.
It's overgrown, neglected, and untouched by recent footsteps. From the ground, no one would have ever suspected its presence, but from above, with the sharpness of an eagle's gaze, it was clear—a passage forgotten by time, its entrance concealed by nature's embrace. Whoever once used it had abandoned it long ago, leaving the mountain to reclaim its hidden secrets.

The hidden entrance is only a short trek from The Aerie.
