Ascent to Asgard
In the land where cold winds dwell,
A young one's heart begins to swell.
A quest is called, a tower high,
To touch the realm where gods reside.
Beneath the skies where eagles fell,
The stones of old, the frost that knell.
Each step a trial, each breath a spell,
To climb the tower, to break the shell.
Ancient runes and dragon's lair,
Guard the path with watchful care.
Eyes of eagles, claws of steel,
Only the brave their fate reveal.
A hero's heart, with courage bold,
Faces the winds, the biting cold.
With strength of arm and steady gaze,
They scale the heights through storm and maze.
Above the clouds, where echoes yell,
The gates of Asgard, there they dwell.
Njord's breath whispers, urging well,
To reach the dawn, the break of spell.
In halls of gold and songs of yore,
The young one stands at Asgard's door.
A coming of age, a tale retold,
Of a climb so fierce, so brave, so bold.
The gods look down with knowing eyes,
On the one who dared to touch the skies.
For in that climb, a soul is found,
Worthy to walk on hallowed ground.
