Anchorhead Municipal Council

The Anchorhead Municipal Council is the main leadership of the City itself. They control funding and are the main judicial system of the area. They run the court as well as all other services regarding policing and relief aid to any farmer who gets attacked by raiders. The council has 5 members, all of them human, with a strong preference to the empire.

Each member should give off a aura of bureaucracy, with intentions to give themselves higher status. Bribery shouldn't be uncommon and offering players missions to take care of problems without having to send out the militia is preferable.
