The Gemskull Gang

The Gemskull Gang are an outlaw group of pirates and thieves that operate out of a network of caves in the Dusklight Cove along the coast of the Opalwood Verge - though many within the city would refer to them as hooligans given most of the members of the gang are young Half-Elf adults. While they were once little more than a concern of parents in Viridesce, as trade with the Elven Diaspora and Castle Stormvane has increased - they have become much more of a disruption.
Recognizable by gem dust tattoos that they make from filing down particularly radiant trees of the surrounding forest, they are known to use small glider craft to traverse the caves along the cove and leave behind a small gem-carved skull as a calling card. Rumors about this group even say they report to a sentient skull or cursed item that is held deep within their cave network - though this has been disputed by more practiced spellcasters in Viridesce.
