Highland Harvest Association

Based out of Port Illenora, the Highland Harvest Association is a mercantile and agricultural guild that oversees grain and crop management across the Company Highlands. With both a love and hate relationship with local farmers of the Southmark, this group is responsible for the farmland as decreed by the Valedori Empire and functions as a liaison for individual merchants and trading guilds to engage with the region’s crucial farms - with the goal of ensuring good pricing for base goods and proper quality and transportation for food to reach even the furthest ports of the Imperial Fractals.
While some of specialty farms have bespoke crops outside of the guild’s purview - most in the region fall under their oversight. This has led to some outspoken individuals petitioning for change in the past decade, especially as the contracts for recovery of damages have become less sufficient and the protection contracts offered by the guild have gone from Devilblood Companies to more cost-effective options such as small adventurer groups.
